What to expect while your personalized artwork is created, dispatched and delivered.

Making and dispatch

Every personalized piece is prepared to order. Production begins after we receive the required audio, image, wording and any requested approval. Dispatch timing is shown with the product or order confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. Tracking is provided when available. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

Personalized-item returns

Because personalized products are made to your specification, change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply once production has started. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damage or production issue

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. If we confirm a fault or transit damage, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
