What audio can I use?
You can use a voice note, song link, wedding vows, heartbeat recording or another meaningful sound. Upload a file or provide a supported link on the product page.
Will I see a proof?
Where proofing is included, we will send the design for approval before production. Check spelling, positioning and details carefully.
How does the QR code work?
Open your phone camera and point it at the QR code. A link appears so you can play the associated memory.
Can personalized products be returned?
Change-of-mind returns may not apply after personalized production begins. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced items remain covered by your legal rights.
